Hayling Island Garden Makeover

Garden Condition:
This property is a modern brick and tiled house near the sea on Hayling Island. The area of garden in question was flat with poor lawn and an imprinted concrete patio which was in poor condition. The soil condition was topsoil of approx. 200mm then clay then a poor subsoil.
Client Brief:
To provide an area for entertaining and to allow the large table to be sited. Design new planting borders and lawn.
Weather conditions:
The contract was carried out in April 2010 and was in nice sunny warm weather.
